Having had the opportunity to travel the country and work for multiple hospitality companies, I can say with utmost certainty that Kusum Hospitality is the place to work, grow, and lead. Before given the opportunity to become the Director of Sales for the Staybridge Suites Quail Springs, I have worked for some good companies in my sales career, but none better than Kusum Hospitality. It’s a great feeling knowing they have complete confidence in my ability, knowing the company you work for believes in you and has your back each and every day. I have been able to travel the world, visiting different countries, seeing exotic sites, taste amazing food and never left the hotel. Working in an extended stay property I get to meet people from all over the world from different walks of life. At first they are guest then they become friends then before you know it, they become family. When I go home each night can’t wait to get back to see where tomorrows travels take me.

Kusum Hospitality isn’t just a growing company that values their employees and the hard work of all the teams. For me, it is where I got my start in the hospitality industry and much like many of my colleagues, where we call home. I couldn’t think of a better company to work for and grow in than, Kusum Hospitality. Everyone is always available to assist with any questions and always ready to jump right in if you need any help. I have been with Kusum Hospitality since 2003. Their level of professionalism and hospitality, both to our guests, as well as our inner Kusum family, astounds me. As Area Director of the Hilton properties, I am always proud to introduce myself to potential clients, vendors, employees, and guests as a representative of this great company. I look forward to many more years with Kusum Hospitality, as we continue to grow rapidly and expand into other markets. I worked for Kusum Hospitality early in my Hospitality Career. I left thinking the grass was “greener” on the other side of the bed, and I soon learned that was not the case. I lost my sense of individuality and the feeling that I belonged and that someone cared about me as a person, not just another number on the payroll. I began to think and remember Kusum and how I was made to feel secure and that I was part of the family. I returned to the Kusum family and have been so much happier. As a GM, I am given the opportunity to manage a multi-million dollar hotel and given the trust to do so.

For nearly four years now I have been with Kusum, a company that has enabled me to do so much more than just a job. I am here to commit to our guests, making them feel at home, and serving them with the same satisfaction that brought me here.

Kusum is constantly growing and expanding, and what began as a small family owned company, is now an empire in the Oklahoma hospitality industry.
